What happens after I book?

After payment, I’ll personally review your selected date and time and send you a confirmation with the meeting point and final details. If there’s any availability conflict, I’ll offer the closest suitable alternatives. If none of them work for you, you’ll receive a full refund.

What is included in the session?

Each package includes a relaxed professional photoshoot in Lisbon, guidance throughout the session and help planning the route and meeting point.

After the photoshoot, you’ll receive a private online selection gallery. You can choose the number of favorite photographs included in your package, which will then be professionally edited and delivered in high resolution within 48 hours of your selection.

How many edited photos are included?

The number of professionally edited photographs depends on the package selected:

30-minute session: 20 edited photographs
1-hour session: 50 edited photographs
2-hour session: 80 edited photographs

You’ll choose your favorite images from a private online gallery after the session. Additional edited photographs, unedited high-resolution files or a complete gallery without watermarks may also be available for an additional fee upon request.

Can I book for more than 4 people?

The listed packages are valid for solo travelers, couples, families and small groups of up to 4 people.

For larger groups, events or custom requests, please contact me through WhatsApp or use my contact form before booking. I’ll prepare a suitable quotation based on the group size and type of session.

What happens if the weather is bad?

I’ll monitor the forecast before your session and contact you if the weather is likely to affect the photoshoot. Light clouds or occasional rain do not necessarily prevent us from creating beautiful photographs, and Lisbon’s weather can change quickly.

If the conditions are not suitable, we’ll look for a better time or reschedule the session when possible. Please do not cancel based only on an early forecast — we’ll make the decision together closer to the session.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online card payments are available through this page. If you prefer PayPal or bank transfer, please contact me through WhatsApp or use my contact form before booking, and I’ll send you the payment details manually.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You may cancel or reschedule your photoshoot up to 24 hours before the scheduled starting time. Rescheduling is free and subject to availability. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and no-shows are non-refundable because that time has been reserved exclusively for you.

In exceptional circumstances, I may consider offering one reschedule as a gesture of goodwill, subject to availability. This is assessed individually, is not guaranteed and does not include a cash refund. Supporting evidence may be requested when appropriate.

If I need to cancel the session, or if weather conditions prevent the photoshoot and we cannot find a suitable alternative, you’ll receive a full refund.
